Born and raised in Bay City, Michigan, Kaitlyn Burla moved to Grand Rapids to attend Kendall College of Art and Design, where she received her B.F.A. in Sculpture and Functional Art. Along with being a sculptor, Kaitlyn also draws, paints, and does graphic design work. She resides with her husband and family in St. Louis, Missouri.
